Lever Talent Named a High Performer in G2's Summer 2026 Report for HR Consulting

Lever Talent has been named a High Performer in the G2 Grid® Report for HR Consulting, Summer 2026. The recognition, published by the software and services review platform G2, places Lever Talent among a small group of providers measured against the broader HR consulting category on two dimensions: customer Satisfaction and Market Presence and Proficiency.

We are proud to share that Lever Talent earned a Satisfaction score of 93, the highest in the category, and was ranked second on the overall list, up from third place last year.  The score reflects our 4.7 out of 5-star average across 62 verified G2 reviews, all submitted by clients who have worked with us directly on talent strategy, behavioral assessments, leadership development, fractional HR, and the work that sits in between.

This is the kind of recognition that only happens when clients show up.

What G2 Measures, and Why High Performer Matters

G2's quarterly Grid® reports are built from verified user reviews and market signals. Providers are scored on two axes. Satisfaction captures how well a firm actually delivers, drawn from review sentiment, recency, and depth. Market Presence and Proficiency captures scale: years in business, employee count, breadth of services, social and search reach, and revenue.

Providers are then sorted into four quadrants. Leaders score high on both. High Performers score high on Satisfaction with a smaller Market Presence footprint. Contenders carry market scale without matching satisfaction. Niche providers score lower on both.

Being placed in the High Performer quadrant is a clear sign that clients rate our work at the top of the category, even when the firm does not yet match the largest legacy players on raw scale.
