What Motivates Me
We are capable of more than we could ever imagine. I've dedicated my career to understanding the human condition and discovering how to use personal development and leadership to move the greatest business growth lever - people. Over the last 20 years, I've learned that if you paint a vision big enough, vivid enough, surround yourselves with people you admire and trust, and you'll be amazed at how quickly you can grow.
I'm fascinated by the impact that technology (automation, robotics, AI, and Web3) is having on humans at work. Contrary to popular belief, the bots are not taking our jobs. They are freeing us up to do more meaningful work. As an advisor, consultant, technologist, and coach, I work with leaders across all walks of life to help them develop and implement plans to lead into this future.
