PI INSPIRE
In most organizations, employees lack the necessary people data insights to work together at their best. Without that data, employees don’t have critical awareness regarding their workplace behaviors. This means they inadvertently create communication problems, conflict, and even organizational toxicity. Using a talent optimization approach, employees are given the data and insights they need to manage themselves—and their relationships with others in the organization.
Inspire is a powerful arsenal of reports that arm your employees with the power of self-awareness. The better we understand ourselves, the better we are able to work together. Inspire includes important employee-oriented activities ranging from career pathing to maintaining organizational culture. Inspire also includes enhancing that critical relationship between an employee and their direct manager.
The reports included in Inspire can be used to bolster your management activities. Reports can be discussed during regular 1-1 meetings, in professional development discussions, or even team meetings. For example, if your organization largely works in an office environment, providing employees a printed copy of the placard is a great way to ingrain PI into your culture and get people talking. When an employee approaches you about a conflict they are having with a teammate or coworker, encourage them to review the relationship guide with their two profiles to identify if maybe some caution areas have been overlooked. As we walk through each of the tools together, ask yourself:
