INDICATORS OF SUCCESS

As we begin your onboarding process, it is important to understand our expectations and goals. At Lever Talent, we use the Indicators of Success shown below to track our progress. In our research of successful clients, we identified these markers as the best indicators of when a client has fully adopted and implemented the PI software in a way to get the most out of the product. These are the indicators we will use during your annual business review check-ins to check your implementation progress. Think of them like a progress report you received in school - having everything checked off is the bullseye, so we want to track how well we’re doing in supporting you to reach this goal.

Following your onboarding, our first goal will be for each of the tasks in the Onboarding section to be completed. Your onboarding work will set you up for success in being able to check each of these tasks off, and who doesn’t love the rewarding feeling of checking off a task on a checklist?
