THE BASICS

Now that we know where we’re going and our administrative ducks are in a row, let’s get into the brass tacks of the PI software. In this session, we’ll walk through sending assessments, searching and filtering your data, and understanding results.

How do I send stuff?

The assessment center is your one stop shop for sending our behavioral and/or cognitive assessments. You can navigate to the assessment center in two ways: by clicking the Browse dropdown and selecting Assessment Center, or simply by clicking Send Assessments. The center is broken down into five ways of gathering data. Let’s look at each one individually.

INVITE BY EMAIL

BULK SEND BY CSV

NOTE: All people sent the assessment via bulk send will appear on the pending assessments list until they've completed it or the invitation expires.

INVITE BY LINK

CHECKLIST

ADD BY SCORE ID

That finishes up the assessment center. Go play around! Send an email invitation, create an OI link, print off the checklist - HAVE FUN! We want to build your memory muscle around this new process.

How do I find stuff?

So now you’ve started sending assessments and your software is populated with data. How do you find it?
