What to expect on your diagnostic call

The Free Workforce Leverage Diagnostic assesses the three things that decide whether a strategy actually gets executed: the talent technology you run on, the programs built on top of it, and the people processes behind both. Then it shows you which one is constraining the rest.

  • Technology. Whether your tools, data, and AI use support your workforce goals, or just sit next to them.
  • Programs. Whether your talent processes, manager training, and performance expectations match the strategy.
  • People. Whether your structure, critical roles, and leadership focus are built for where the business is going.

How It Works

  1. Answer the questions. The six required questions take about three minutes. The optional questions go deeper into your technology, programs, and people. The more you answer, the more detailed your report.
  2. We review your results. Drew Fortin, Founder & CEO, and Aaron Adams, Vice President of Professional Services, personally review every diagnostic and the recommendations in each report.
  3. Walk through your report. When you submit, you'll book a one-on-one call with a talent strategy expert on our team. You'll get a PDF of your report and up to 30 minutes on what to do next.
