Drew Fortin
Founder & CEO
Drew Fortin is a people-first, values-driven leader with nearly 20 years of growth strategy and team-building experience across retail, marketing technology, local media, and HR tech. He spent eight years at The Predictive Index, where he was Chief Growth Officer responsible for the company's strategy to build the world's first talent optimization platform. Drew is obsessed with the shift that AI, robotics, and web3 have on the employer-employee relationship and the good things it means for humans in the future of work. This led him to found Lever Talent. He is also co-creator and host of "The Lever Show with Drew Fortin."
Tina Wu Groff
Head of Client Success
Tina has over a decade of experience leading client success across fintech, SaaS, and translation companies. Before Lever Talent, she worked for a fintech startup, building partner success systems, programs, and a team from the ground up. Delivering exceptional client experiences and seamless client journeys is Tina’s passion. Her expertise lies in launching successful operations, providing tailored account management, and utilizing analytics to increase client satisfaction. She lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband and two kids.
Meg Patel
Head of Professional Services
Meg is a client-focused leader with over 20 years of learning and development experience. Prior to her time at The Predictive Index and Lever Talent, she served as a strategic talent advisor across retail, technology, food service, wellness, and healthcare. Meg leverages her superpowers of enthusiasm and drive to help clients win by reaching their strategic destiny. She is an executive coach and “talent concierge,” helping leaders find and leverage their true potential.
Curtis Creekmore
Client Success Manager
With over a decade of experience ranging from higher education to human resources, Curtis is our human Swiss army knife and day-to-day experience composer. With knowledge in training, recruiting, and project management, Curtis applies his super powers of problem solving and detail orientation to help you identify pain points and collaboratively reach a solution that satisfies all stakeholders. He is passionate about helping people get the most out of their lives, inside and outside of the office.
Tasha Bouey
Client Success Advocate
With more than 8 years of diverse industry experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Tasha brings a wealth of expertise in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training & development. As a first-generation college graduate holding a bachelor's degree in psychology, she has also specialized in cognitive, social, and industrial-organizational research and statistical analyses. Tasha is recognized as a strategic and forward-thinking business partner, demonstrating a passion for being a resourceful and proactive advisor and advocate to meet all her clients' needs.Lauren Fortin
Office Manager
Lauren has over ten years of experience working as a scientist, researcher, and product developer primarily within the food industry. She's helped start-ups and Fortune brands take concepts from ideas to manufactured products. Lauren was a full-time mom for over eight years before integrating Lever Talent into her life. She is the office manager - wearing many hats across administration, operations, and bookkeeping. She loves digging into processes and details while supporting others on their path to greatness.
Dottie LaMark
Contracted Facilitator
Dottie LaMark (LaMark Associates LLC) has spent her career helping people benefit from learning and changing how they approach work. She has a wide variety of experience including semiconductors, the financial industry, quick service restaurants and, most recently, nearly eight years of leading the learning function at The Predictive Index as Director of Learning and as Learner Experienced Designer. Although the content has been varied, there has been one constant; the learner and their behavior.
Dottie holds a Masters Degree in Learning and Development from Lesley College, a Certificate in Digital Learning Design from Capella University and is a certified coach. She is on the board of directors of Boston chapter of the Association for Talent Development and has previously served on the boards of Boston Trainer’s Roundtable and International Society for Performance Improvement.

Elaine is an accomplished and seasoned consultant with more than 30 years of experience in selling integrated media programs. Armed with over two decades of professional experience in the Boston Tech & Non-Profit Industry, a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and an MBA from Babson College, Rach uses creativity and strategic insights to address individual and organizational challenges comprehensively.
