    About the Role:

    As our L&D/OD Services Head, you will be a pivotal player in our mission. This is a dynamic leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on client engagement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and facilitation of our core talent strategy advisory and training programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of talent strategy advisory and training programs, including workshops, leadership development initiatives, and culture transformation projects.
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic evolution of Lever Talent's service offerings, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. This includes integrating human-centric strategies with emerging technologies like AI.
    • Project Management: Oversee the planning and delivery calendar for all L&D/OD projects, ensuring they are executed with a tech- and data-led approach to maximize client outcomes.
    • Thought Leadership: Represent Lever Talent as a subject-matter expert at industry events, conferences, and on content platforms to solidify our reputation as a premier thought leader. You will also lead our thought leadership on how performance measurement must evolve to align with human abilities and business value creation.
    • Solution Creation & Analysis: Design and develop new performance management and employee engagement offerings, including proprietary diagnostics and data analysis frameworks.

    Work Arrangement: This is a remote role, with Massachusetts candidates preferred. Travel will be required. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process.
