Client Success Manager
About the Role
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the day-to-day face of Lever Talent to our clients. You will provide proactive, relationship-focused, high-touch support that helps clients realize the full value of our products and services, with a focus on strategic understanding, onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and ongoing communication.
You will drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Lever Talent solutions; track account metrics that signal client health; and partner with the Account Manager to surface sales opportunities for account expansion. A core part of the role is developing deep subject-matter expertise in The Predictive Index (PI) behavioral intelligence platform and the broader services Lever Talent delivers. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the client experience and help shape our onboarding, renewal, and educational programming.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and trusted advocate for an assigned book of clients concerned with implementing the most effective and impactful talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, and cultural transformation programs.
- Deliver proactive, front-line support across onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and ongoing communication, ensuring clients get maximum value from our products and services.
- Listen for buying signals, drive client awareness, engagement, and adoption of Lever Talent solutions, features, and services to maximize realized value.
- Track key account metrics to proactively manage account health and deliver consistent results.
- Partner with the Professional Services to identify engagement opportunities to improve account adoption and expansion.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in the implementation of software solutions like The Predictive Index behavioral intelligence platform and the talent strategy services Lever Talent provides.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the client experience and exercise a passion for talent management to drive business outcomes
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing development of client onboarding, renewal processes, and educational programming.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years in a client-facing role with a background in customer success, account management, client services, recruiting, or HR, ideally at a company offering HR technology or talent advisory services.
- A track record of building strong client relationships, strong client retention, and a desire to drive exploratory sales conversations that lead to deeper relationships and value creation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and spot opportunities for growth.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership, proactive outreach, and intense personal drive.
- Experience and/or understanding of talent management practices, i.e., talent acquisition, HR, learning and development
- SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent credential is a strong plus
Desired Skills & Tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication — essential for building business relationships and retaining clients.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (our CRM) or experience with other CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Proficiency with, or willingness to become certified in, the Predictive Index platform (PI certification provided).
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to work more efficiently and serve clients better.

This role offers a path to Senior CSM, CSM Lead/Manager, Sales, Trainer, and/or Consultant roles as you build expertise.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 to $85,000
Work Arrangement: Remote - Candidates residing in Massachusetts, Georgia, and Utah will be prioritized.
