About the Role:
As a senior L&D/OD Consultant, you will be a pivotal player in our mission. This is a dynamic role that blends strategic advisory with hands-on client engagement. You will collaborate with clients to conduct needs analyses, and then facilitate and deliver our management training and custom leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and client workshops. Provide executive coaching and advisory services to senior leaders and their teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, building deep, trusted relationships, and providing expert guidance on their talent challenges. You will use our proprietary diagnostics and analytics to identify and address client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Practitioner: You have a proven track record (8+ years) in L&D, organizational development, or a related field, with experience in both program creation and delivery.
- Strategic & Tactical Mindset: You are able to both design long-term talent strategies and lead a single workshop with passion and precision. You are adept at moving from a high-level plan to practical execution.
- Data-Driven Approach: You are comfortable using data and technology to inform talent decisions and measure the impact of your work. You believe that measurable outcomes are the key to demonstrating value to clients.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: As part of a lean, agile team, you are a self-starter who takes ownership and accountability. You are excited by the prospect of helping to build and scale a business.
- Excellent Communicator & Facilitator: You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences, from frontline managers to C-suite executives.
- Passion for the Future of Work: You are intrigued by the impact of technology on human work and share our conviction that in the age of AI, human judgment, creativity, and relationships will become more valuable than ever.
Work Arrangement: This is a remote role, with Massachusetts candidates preferred. Travel will be required. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process.
