    Predictive Index Certified Consultant & Trainer (Contract)

    Job Summary:

    The PI Certified Consultant & Trainer is responsible for delivering training workshops that lead to high-impact outcomes and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires significant expertise, flexibility in delivering training in different formats, and may involve travel to client sites. Furthermore, the consultant must be certified and have experience in implementing The Predictive Index (PI) talent optimization software and assessments.

    The ideal candidate will possess advanced facilitation skills, mastery of training delivery techniques, and a passion for creating engaging learning environments. You will act as a subject matter expert in facilitation while having a strong understanding of adult learning principles and talent strategy concepts.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Engagement and Delivery:
    • Deliver client engagements with a focus on facilitating live, virtual, and hybrid workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs using The Predictive Index (PI) software and assessment, including the PI Behavioral Assessment.
    • Travel to client sites as required to provide in-person facilitation, ensuring high levels of participant engagement, skill adoption, and return on investment.
    • Collaborate with Lever Talent client success managers to ensure the smooth execution and measurable outcomes of facilitated sessions across all delivery methods.
    • Adapt facilitation style, delivery methods, and content to address the specific needs of diverse client audiences and learning environments.
    Consultative Facilitation & Solutions:
    • Facilitate engaging and interactive discussions to thoroughly understand client challenges, goals, and opportunities related to the training.
    • Act as a trusted facilitator by using diagnostic questioning, adult learning principles, and interactive techniques to enhance participant learning and the practical application of knowledge.
    • Contribute to the development and adaptation of training materials and facilitator guides by providing insights based on your experience with various delivery methods.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on PI assessment use in hiring, leadership development, performance management, and coaching.

    Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

    • Collect feedback from participants and clients to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs across all delivery methods. 
    • Provide insights to internal teams to enhance client experience and refine service offerings based on feedback and performance data related to training delivery. 
    • Contribute to developing best practices in talent management, focusing on innovative facilitation methods and delivery techniques.
    • Advises clients on the proper implementation and configuration of The Predictive Index.
    Client Advocacy:
    • Ensure that the needs of the client participants are represented during training sessions, making certain their learning objectives are met and that the training is engaging and effective. 
    • Provide an experience that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Lever Talent.
    Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Act as an internal and external subject matter expert for Lever Talent on specific products, programs, and key areas of talent strategy, emphasizing effective facilitation and training delivery across various modalities. 
    • Provide guidance on how to deliver services and solutions, including best practices for facilitation and innovative training techniques, for the Lever Talent client base. 
    • Maintain certification in The Predictive Index, which includes completing a minimum number of PI readbacks each year.

    Market-Facing Title Options:
    • Contract/Fractional Talent Strategy Facilitator
    • Contract/Fractional Learning and Development Consultant
    • Contract/Fractional Training Delivery Specialist

     

    Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and project scope, on a contract basis. Per-diem travel and expense reimbursement.

     

    Work Arrangement: Flexible, remote work arrangement. Project-based work.

    This is a contracted position.
