The Lead with Leverage training program is a comprehensive leadership development journey designed to enhance self-awareness, leadership capabilities, and team performance. Participants will explore key leadership concepts, hone skills for leading individuals and teams, and create a strategic approach to driving organizational success.
Lead with Leverage takes place through four weekly four-hour classes.
Course price: $3200 (Save $400 if you register before March 31st, 2025.)
LEAD YOURSELF
Enhance personal growth through heightened self-awareness, value exploration, and proactive engagement in feedforward practices.
LEAD OTHERS
Achieve leadership success by mastering effective management, coaching, and delegation, fostering individual development plans, and conducting impactful one-on-one meetings.
LEAD THE WORK
Achieve business success by formulating a comprehensive business plan, pinpointing relevant metrics, and implementing effective performance management strategies.
LEAD THE TEAM
Optimize your team, foster innovation, and ensure alignment through dynamic meetings. Participants will present a team business plan in the Lead with Leverage capstone.

With knowledge in training, recruiting, and project management, Curtis applies his superpowers of problem- solving and detail orientation to help you identify pain points and collaboratively reach a solution that satisfies all stakeholders. He is passionate about helping people get the most out of their lives, inside and outside of the office.
Dottie LaMark
Lever Talent Facilitator
Dottie LaMark (LaMark Associates LLC) has spent her career helping people benefit from learning and changing how they approach work. She has a wide variety of experience including semiconductors, the financial industry, quick service restaurants and, most recently, nearly eight years of leading the learning function at The Predictive Index as Director of Learning and as Learner Experienced Designer. Although the content has been varied, there has been one constant; the learner and their behavior.
Dottie holds a Masters Degree in Learning and Development from Lesley College, a Certificate in Digital Learning Design from Capella University and is a certified coach. She is on the board of directors of Boston chapter of the Association for Talent Development and has previously served on the boards of Boston Trainer’s Roundtable and International Society for Performance Improvement.
Meg Patel
Head of Professional Services
Meg is a client-focused leader with over 20 years of learning and development experience. Prior to her time at The Predictive Index and Lever Talent, she served as a strategic talent advisor across retail, technology, food service, wellness, and healthcare. Meg leverages her superpowers of enthusiasm and drive to help clients win by reaching their strategic destiny. She is an executive coach and “talent concierge,” helping leaders find and leverage their true potential.
